How do I buy a digital product?
You can buy digital products, such as guides, templates or videos, straight from a creator's Tribl page. You don't need a Tribl account.
Buy a product
- On the creator's page, select the product to see what's included, the price and the creator's refund policy.
- Select the buy button. It usually says Buy Now.
- Enter your email address and any other details the creator asks for. Make sure your email is right: that's where your download link goes.
- If the creator lets you choose, enter how many you'd like or the amount you'd like to pay.
- Select Continue to payment, enter your card details and select Pay.
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. If your card is declined, you can try again or use another card.
Free products work the same way, but you select Get it free and don't pay anything.
After you pay
You'll see You're all set! with a button to download or open your product. We also email your personal link to the address you entered. Keep that email: the button in it is your link, and it doesn't expire. See How do I download a digital product I bought?
Your right of withdrawal
When you buy a paid product, you'll be asked to tick a box to confirm that you want access straight away. In the EU you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. For digital content, you lose that right once delivery starts, so we ask you to confirm this before you pay. Your confirmation is included in your order email.

Your details
The creator sees your email address, your name and your answers to their questions, along with your order and how many times you've downloaded it. Tribl uses your details to take and deliver your order. Unpaid checkouts are deleted after 30 days.
If you ask Tribl to delete your data, your download link stops working. We keep a record of the sale and your confirmation about the right of withdrawal. For more detail, see section 3.17 of our Privacy Notice.
