When can I use Dealroom?
Dealroom is in development. We’ll open it to the waitlist in batches, creators and brands together, and email you when it’s your turn.
How do payments work?
Deals are paid in stablecoins, digital currencies that track the dollar or the euro, such as USDC, EURC and EURQ, through a smart contract. The brand locks in the full budget before work starts, and each approved milestone is paid straight to the creator’s wallet. Card payments aren’t available in Dealroom.
How are milestones tracked?
A milestone can be tied to something you can measure on social media, like a post going live or a campaign reaching its engagement target. Dealroom tracks it. When it’s reached, Dealroom asks the brand to release the payment, or releases it automatically if the brand has turned on auto-release.
What is a smart contract?
It’s a program that holds the deal’s budget and follows the terms both sides agreed to: it releases each milestone’s payment when the work is approved. It works like escrow, except no company holds the money, Tribl included.
Does Tribl ever hold the money?
No. The budget sits in the deal’s smart contract and only moves when a milestone is approved, or when a dispute is resolved.
Do brands need a crypto wallet?
Yes, a brand funds the deal from a wallet that holds the agreed stablecoin. It opens the deal from a secure link in its email, so no Tribl account is needed.
What if we disagree on a deliverable?
Either side can raise a dispute. That milestone is paused while the rest of the deal carries on, and the other side has 7 days to respond before Tribl helps resolve it.
