Can I get a refund for a digital product?
Your right of withdrawal
Before you pay for a digital product, you confirm that you want access straight away and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. This means you can't cancel the purchase just because you've changed your mind. Section 11.3 of our Terms and Conditions explains this.
The creator's refund policy
Creators can add their own refund policy to a product. If they have, you'll find it under Refund policy on the product page.
If something is wrong
If you didn't receive your product, it doesn't work, or it isn't what was described, email support@tribl.app with:
- the email address you used to buy it
- the creator's Tribl page and the product name
- the date of the purchase
- what's wrong

For creators
You can refund a buyer from Earnings:
- Find the sale and open its menu, then select Refund.
- Check the refund amount and select Refund.
The buyer gets back the full price. The refund comes out of your balance, and the fees on the sale aren't returned. If your balance doesn't cover the refund, we show you how much to add, card fees included, and you can select Add funds to finish it. Anything left over stays in your balance.
Once a sale is refunded:
- the buyer gets an email confirming the refund
- their download link stops working
- the order shows Refunded in Products, and the product's Sold and Sales go down
