How do I download a digital product I bought?
After you buy a product, we email you a personal link. Open it to download your files or open your product. The link doesn't expire, and you can use it as often as you like.
Download your files
- Open the email we sent you and select the button in it.
- On the page that opens, select Download for each file, or Open your product if the creator shared a link.
Each download button works for a few minutes. If a download doesn't start, reload the page and try again.
If you see "Finishing your payment…"
This usually takes a few seconds, so keep the page open. If it takes longer than about two minutes, you'll see that your payment is taking longer than usual. You can close the page: we'll email your link as soon as your payment is through.
If you've lost your link
- Open the product on the creator's Tribl page.
- Select Already bought this? Get your link again.
- Enter the email address you used to buy it and select Send.
If that email address bought the product, we'll send you a new link. Your old links keep working too. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
If the product is no longer on the creator's page, or the email doesn't arrive, ask the creator to resend your link. Tribl then emails a new link to the address you bought with. The creator never sees your link.
If you can't reach the creator, contact support@tribl.app with the email address you used and the creator's Tribl page.
Good to know
- Keep your link to yourself. Anyone who has it can download the product.
- If you bought more than one copy, you get one link for your order.
