Where do I see my form responses?
Every response a fan sends is saved for you on Tribl.
Open your responses
In your dashboard, your form shows how many responses it has, with a badge for the ones you haven't read yet. Select the number of responses to open them.
On the responses page you'll see:
- whether the form is Live on your profile, Hidden from your profile or closed
- Profile views, how many people Opened the form, the number of Responses and the Conversion from views to responses
- each response, newest first, with a New badge on the ones you haven't seen. Responses from fans who agreed to hear from you are marked Opted in to updates.
Profile views count every visit to your page, including your own.
Get an email for each response
If Email me each new response is on in the form's Settings, Tribl emails you each response as it arrives. It's on by default. The email goes to your account email address, and its See all responses button opens your responses on Tribl.
Download your responses
Select Download CSV to download every response as a spreadsheet file. It has a column for when each response was sent and one for each question. If you've removed a question, its answers are still there, marked (removed). If the form offers email updates, a last column shows who agreed to them.
Delete a response
Select the bin icon on a response, then confirm. The response is deleted for good. Deleting responses also makes room again if your form stops after a set number of responses.
Good to know
- Fans can send a form more than once, so you may see more than one response from the same person.
- Fans who send your form don't get an email from Tribl. If you want to reply, use the contact details they gave you.
- If a fan agreed to email updates, you can email them about your work. Stop if they ask you to.
- Responses belong to you. Tribl keeps them until you delete them, or until you delete the form or your account. See Who can see my answers when I fill in a creator's form?
