How do I edit, close or delete a form?

Edit a form

Select the pencil icon on the form in your dashboard, make your changes, then select Save changes.

You can change everything, even after fans have sent responses. Responses you already have keep the question wording and answers from when they were sent. If you remove a question, the answers fans already sent to it stay in your responses.

Close a form

Open the form, then open Settings and use Stop taking responses:

• After this many responses: the form closes when it reaches that number.
• On this date: the form closes at that date and time. It has to be in the future.

When a form is closed, fans still see it on your page, marked Closed, with the message This form isn't taking responses any more.

To open it again, clear the date or raise the number of responses.

Hide a form

Use the switch next to the form in your dashboard. A hidden form disappears from your page, but you keep it and its responses. Turn the switch back on to show it again.

Delete a form

Select the bin icon on the form, then confirm.

Deleting a form also deletes all of its responses, and this can't be undone. Select Download CSV on the form's responses page first if you want to keep them.

Deleting your Tribl account deletes your forms and their responses too.
