How do I set my availability for bookings?

You set when fans can book you in the Availability step of the Booking editor.

Session length

Choose a Session length from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Start times are spaced one session length apart, from the start of each time range you're available. For example, with 30-minute sessions and hours from 09:00, fans can book 09:00, 09:30, 10:00 and so on.

How you'll meet

Under Connect Preference, choose one:

Online meeting (Zoom, Meet, Teams…): add your meeting link. If you leave out https://, Tribl adds it.
Phone call (you call the fan): you call the fan. Tribl doesn't ask fans for their number, so add a Phone number question under Collect information in the Detail Page step.
In person: add the address.
I'll email the details: you send fans the details yourself.

Your link or address is only shared with fans after they book.

Your weekly hours

Set the hours you're available for each day of the week. You can add more than one time range a day, for example a morning and an afternoon. The times are in the time zone you choose for the booking, which starts as your own.

Fans see your available times in their own time zone.

Days off and blocked times

Under Date Overrides, select Add Overrides and pick the dates. Then either choose the hours you want to block, or turn on Mark unavailable (All day), and select Add override.

Rules

Break Before Meeting and Break After Meeting: leave free time around each session.
Prevent booking before certain hours: the least notice fans must give. It starts at 12 hours.
Book within the next days: how far ahead fans can book. It starts at 60 days.
Max Attendees: 1 for one-to-one sessions, or up to 100 for a group session.

Good to know

If you offer more than one booking, a time someone has booked with you is blocked across all of them, so you're never double-booked on Tribl.
Syncing with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook is coming soon. Until then, Tribl can't see events in your own calendar, so block busy times with Date Overrides.
