How do I manage, reschedule or cancel my bookings?
See your bookings
In your dashboard, select View schedule on your booking. You can also open it from the Open booking schedule button in the email Tribl sends you for each new booking.
Your Booking Schedule shows your sessions in your own time zone. Select a session to see its Call Details: the date, time and length, the price, where you'll meet, the booking reference, and each attendee's name, email address, local time and answers to your questions.
Move a session to a new time
- Select the session, then Re-schedule.
- Pick one of your open times. Or, if you've agreed a time with the fan, turn on Pick another time and set it yourself. It can be outside your usual hours, but it can't overlap another booking.
- Select Confirm new time.
The fan gets an email with the new time. Nothing changes about their payment.
Cancel a session
- Select the session, then Cancel.
- If you like, add a reason. It's included in the email to the fan.
- Select Cancel booking.
If the fan paid, they get a full refund, including Tribl's fee. The refund usually reaches them within 5 to 10 business days. If the refund can't be made, the session isn't cancelled and you'll see a message telling you so.
To refund a booking, always cancel it here.
When a fan asks you to cancel
Fans can't cancel a paid session themselves, because cancelling refunds them. Instead they select Ask to cancel on their booking page. You get an email with their message, and the session shows The fan asked you to cancel in your Booking Schedule.
- To cancel: cancel the session as above. The fan gets a full refund and an email from us.
- To keep it or offer a new time: reply to the request email. Your reply goes to the fan's email address, from your own email address.
A fan can send a new request 24 hours after their last one.
You can only move or cancel a session before it starts.
Changing your booking's details
When a fan books, the session's details are saved with their booking. If you later change the title, price, length or meeting link, sessions that are already booked keep the old details. If you change your meeting link or address, email the fans who have already booked. You'll find their email addresses in Call Details.
Hiding or deleting a booking
- Hide it: use the switch next to the booking in your dashboard, or select Move to drafts in the Booking editor. No one new can book it, but fans who have already booked can still move their session to one of your open times.
- Delete it: select the delete icon on the booking. You can't delete a booking that still has upcoming sessions. Cancel them first, or hide the booking instead.
If you delete your Tribl account, your bookings are deleted too, and fans aren't told or refunded. Cancel any upcoming sessions before you delete your account.
Emails you get
Tribl emails you at your account email address when a fan books, when a fan moves their session, when a fan cancels, and when a fan asks you to cancel a paid session. You don't get an email for changes you make yourself.
